Healthcare PPC Agency in Portugal
You treat patients in two languages: locals who search in Portuguese and expats who search in English. We run a campaign for each, keep every ad and landing page inside the Portuguese health advertising rules, and report to you in English. Built for osteopaths, physiotherapists and private clinics.
Where clinic ad budgets go
Health is one of the most regulated sectors to advertise in Portugal, and most of the problems we find are the same ones.
- Ads that promise results, like "pain-free in three sessions", which the health advertising rules do not allow
- Landing pages without the identification the ERS requires: entity, ERS registration and cédula profissional number
- A campaign in English only, missing the local patients who search in Portuguese and are the majority almost everywhere
- Portuguese copy in Brazilian Portuguese or machine translation, which puts local patients off before they book
- Targeting far too wide, when patients book within a few kilometres of the practice
Who you're dealing with
No subcontracting, no account managers relaying messages. You talk to the person who touches your campaigns.
Why we know this sector
We manage Google Ads for health practices in Portugal and work closely with osteopatas.pt, the Portuguese directory of osteopaths. Every campaign we build in this sector starts with the rules: Decreto-Lei n.º 238/2015, supervised by the ERS, plus Google's own healthcare policies. An ad that gets your practice fined is not a good ad, however many clicks it brings.

How it works
Nothing changes in your account until we have shown you what is in it.
1. Audit and compliance check
We go through the existing account, the ads and the pages they lead to, and tell you in plain English where the budget goes and what would not pass the ERS rules.
2. Two campaigns, two languages
Portuguese for local patients and English for expats and visitors, both limited to the area your patients actually travel from.
3. A landing page that books
Clear service, price where you show one, the identification the rules require and a way to book in a couple of taps, in proper European Portuguese.
4. Report in English
What was spent, how many bookings it produced, what a new patient cost and what we changed. Every month, in a language you can argue with.
Questions we get asked
Yes. You cannot promise results or use misleading testimonials, and your website must identify the practice and the practitioner. We go through the rules, with examples, in advertising a clinic in Portugal.
Around €300 a month in ads is enough for a single practice to start learning. A new patient typically costs a few dozen euros in ads. Our management fee is on the pricing page.
No. Osteopaths are where we have the most depth, but the same approach works for physiotherapists and other private health practices that rely on local patients.
Yes. We start with an audit of the existing account, including a compliance check of the ads and landing pages, before changing anything.
You do. We work through manager-level access on an account that stays in your name, with your billing and your history. If we ever stop working together, you keep everything and we simply remove our access.
Find out if your ads are working, and compliant
Send us manager access and we will go through the account, the ads and the pages they lead to, and tell you in English where the budget is leaking and what needs fixing. No charge and no obligation to continue.
